Automatic doors in Melbourne's northern suburbs
Openers for the doors you have, and new glass sliding doors, at the same prices as everywhere else we work.
Short answer: in Brunswick, Coburg, Preston and nearby suburbs, an automatic opener on an existing sliding door costs from $1,890 installed, a swing door opener from $2,490, and a new automatic glass sliding door from $4,990. No extra travel charge.
What we see in this area
Lots of older weatherboards and 1960s brick homes up here, often with a 2000s timber or aluminium slider added at the back. Older timber sliders can stick; we check the rollers first, because a motor will not fix a door that is hard to push by hand.
